Meet Andreina

I’m Andreina — a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, infant feeding specialist, and lactation support counselor in progress of earning her IBCLC credential. Since 2014, I’ve supported growing families across Connecticut, New York, And New Jersey with care that is both evidence-based and uniquely personal.

My approach blends practical education, clinical insight, and a steady presence that is consistent from pregnancy through postpartum. With a background in biology, pediatric phlebotomy, and training from industry leaders like Rina Rios (DONA) and Tanya Wills (CNM at Manhattan Birth), I bring a rare mix of hands-on experience, professional expertise, and lived wisdom— including my own two home births.

I entered this work because I saw how disconnected our culture is from birth. My goal is to help change that, one supported and educated family at a time.

  • Two in-person private education sessions with live demos :

    • Birth physiology, labor positions, comfort techniques, and spinning babies techniques for labor prep.

    • Postpartum recovery, newborn care, and feeding / lactation education.

  • 24/7 on-call access (weeks 37–42)

  • In-person labor support

  • One in-home postpartum visit (7–10 days postpartum)
